Gopala Media began in 2002, not with comfort or capital — but with belief.
After completing his law degree, Binod Gupta worked nearly a decade at NVL (New Video Limited). He learned the industry inside-out, built strong relationships, and earned respect for his people skills.
But the media world was demanding — long hours, constant uncertainty, relentless pressure.
There came a moment when he felt like giving up.
During that phase, Sangeeta Gupta, his wife, stood beside him with quiet, unwavering strength. Coming from a farmer’s family, she carried the kind of grounded wisdom that only real struggles can teach. She had a natural business sense, clarity, and a deep belief in what they could build together.

Slowly, clients began trusting their honesty and work ethic. Gopala Media expanded beyond news into documentaries, corporate films, fashion shoots, weddings, OTT content, YouTubers, and more.
Today, after 22 years, the company stands strong because it was built on:
This is the story of Binod & Sangeeta — two people who trusted God, trusted each other, and built Gopala Media one step at a time.
